Meet the Coach

Skip Murray

Formerly an executive with a large publishing company Skip has been teaching and coaching for more than 35 years. In the late 60’s and early 70’s Skip was a public school teacher and head wrestling coach. Although he never wrestled he had numerous State Champs as well as a State Championship Team in 1976. In 1990 Skip started Murray Associates in Columbus, Ohio. Today Murray Associates is a recognized performance company developing sales and leadership skills for many local and national companies. Skip’s favorite expression: "Passionate People love what they do and never give up". Skip says that his passion for developing individuals propels him every day.

Skip has served as a member of the Children's Hospital Development Board, The Greater Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce, the Columbus Sales Executive Club, the Dublin Chamber of Commerce, the Marysville Area Chamber of Commerce, the Union County Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of St. Brigid of Kildare Church.

Skip received the CPBA (Certified Professional Behavior Analyst) designation from TTI (Target Training International) as a DISC Behavior Trainer and Analyst, and the CPVA (Certified Professional Values Analyst) and CAIA (Certified Attribute Index Analyst) designations from Target Training International (TTI) of Scottsdale, Arizona, (a research-based professional problem-solving resource specializing in the resolution of issues related to performance improvement). TTI recognized Skip the 1997 TTI Trainer of the Year Award. He was awarded TTI Trainer of the Year Award again in 2001 and in 2006 was awarded TTI’s Coach of the Year.

Linda Murray

Linda Murray

Linda A. Murray is president/owner of Murray Associates of Business Performance Coaching, Ltd. Her background in education has helped her in Program Organization, Business Marketing and Office Administration for Murray Associates. When not in the office she likes to golf, garden and paint.

Linda also is the owner/artist of Decorative Painted Finishes. She has been involved with teaching art since 1973. In 1980 she traveled to the Adele Bishop Studio in Manchester, Vermont, for training to became a master teacher in stenciling. She has since certified numerous artisans in decorative stenciling and does both residential and commercial decorative painted finishes in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Lee Blyth

Lee Blyth

Lee Blyth has over 35 years of selling and business experience. That experience includes:

  • Sales management
  • Branch management (sales, sales support, customer service and administration)
  • Small business ownership (controlled and managed all business functions)
  • Vice President and Director of Marketing and Business Development (sales, sales support and customer relations)
  • Construction Industry Sales and Marketing Consultant

Lee is also a former school teacher and coach. He is Past President of The Columbus Sales Executives Club, Professional Advisor to the Pi Sigma Epsilon National Sales and Marketing Fraternity at The Ohio State University, Board Trustee and committee chairperson to The Columbus Sales Executives Club, Board Trustee to Constructive Communication, Inc. and an Adjunct Instructor at Columbus State Community College teaching in the areas of marketing, consumer behavior, customer service, and supply chain management.
