|
Formerly an executive with a large publishing company Skip has been teaching and coaching for more than 35 years. In the late 60’s and early 70’s Skip was a public school teacher and head wrestling coach. Although he never wrestled he had numerous State Champs as well as a State Championship Team in 1976. In 1990 Skip started Murray Associates in Columbus, Ohio. Today Murray Associates is a recognized performance company developing sales and leadership skills for many local and national companies. Skip’s favorite expression: "Passionate People love what they do and never give up". Skip says that his passion for developing individuals propels him every day. Skip has served as a member of the Children's Hospital Development Board, The Greater Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce, the Columbus Sales Executive Club, the Dublin Chamber of Commerce, the Marysville Area Chamber of Commerce, the Union County Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of St. Brigid of Kildare Church. Skip received the CPBA (Certified Professional Behavior Analyst) designation from TTI (Target Training International) as a DISC Behavior Trainer and Analyst, and the CPVA (Certified Professional Values Analyst) and CAIA (Certified Attribute Index Analyst) designations from Target Training International (TTI) of Scottsdale, Arizona, (a research-based professional problem-solving resource specializing in the resolution of issues related to performance improvement). TTI recognized Skip the 1997 TTI Trainer of the Year Award. He was awarded TTI Trainer of the Year Award again in 2001 and in 2006 was awarded TTI’s Coach of the Year.

Linda A. Murray is president/owner of Murray Associates of Business Performance Coaching, Ltd. Her background in education has helped her in Program Organization, Business Marketing and Office Administration for Murray Associates. When not in the office she likes to golf, garden and paint. Linda also is the owner/artist of Decorative Painted Finishes. She has been involved with teaching art since 1973. In 1980 she traveled to the Adele Bishop Studio in Manchester, Vermont, for training to became a master teacher in stenciling. She has since certified numerous artisans in decorative stenciling and does both residential and commercial decorative painted finishes in Ohio and Pennsylvania. She is also creating canvas wall hangings.

Lee is also a former school teacher and coach. He is Past President of The Columbus Sales Executives Club, Professional Advisor to the Pi Sigma Epsilon National Sales and Marketing Fraternity at The Ohio State University, Board Trustee and committee chairperson to The Columbus Sales Executives Club, Board Trustee to Constructive Communication, Inc. and an Adjunct Instructor at Columbus State Community College teaching in the areas of marketing, consumer behavior, customer service, and supply chain management. Lee received the CPBA (Certified Professional Behavior Analyst) designation from TTI (Target Training International) as a DISC Behavior Trainer and Analyst, a Bachelor's Degree in Education and a Masters Degree in Sports Administration from Ohio University.

Mike Gorman gained so much from Murray Associates as a client; he joined the organization after he sold his business. Mike was president of the Thomas W. Ruff Company, an office furniture dealership with stores in Columbus, Ohio and Orlando, Miami and West Palm Beach, Florida. The business was sold in 2005, and after a brief sabbatical, he began a consulting and advisory practice for business owners. Mike has been involved with many civic and charitable concerns over the years, and he currently volunteers at Suicide Prevention Services.

Over the past 15 years Bryan has been widely recognized for helping organizations develop management and leadership talent, build effective teams, navigate change, and increase annual meeting and event impact. At the core of his programs are blended learning methods that foster self-discovery to accelerate the learning, increase retention, influence a diverse audience, and make the experience fun and interesting. Bryan received the CPBA (Certified Professional Behavior Analyst) designation as a DISC Behavior Trainer and Analyst, the CPVA (Certified Professional Values Analyst) and CAIA (Certified Attribute Index Analyst) from Target Training International of Scottsdale, Arizona. TTI is a research-based professional problem-solving resource specializing in the resolution of issues related to performance improvement. Active in his community, and an avid fan of athletics, Bryan stays involved as an assistant high school wrestling coach and has served as a board member of the Hilliard Youth and Family Commission. His past wrestling successes took him as far away as the former Soviet Union. Bryan earned his Bachelors Degree from West Liberty State College and a Masters Degree from The Ohio State University. He and his wife Sharon have four children and are active members of St. Brendan the Navigator Church.

Wayne McCulty has worked 45 years in manufacturing, and recently retired from Honda of America after 22 years in various roles with the Purchasing Division. In addition to his roles as an assistant manager and staff administrator for Honda, he instructed training for more than 16 of those years, with emphasis in the areas of behavior, philosophy and leadership. He also represented Honda outside of the company speaking at professional engagements and at many universities including The Ohio State University, The University of Akron, and Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburgh. Wayne served as President and board member of the National Association of Purchasing Management of Columbus for over 12 years and as an executive advisor for the Marketing Board of the University of Akron. Wayne graduated from the University of Akron with degrees in Business Marketing and Industrial Technology. He is a certified instructor for various educational institutions such as The Ken Blanchard Company, Tracom Group, and the American Sports and Fitness Association as a senior fitness trainer. Married for over 40 years to his wife April, they have 2 grown children who have blessed them with 4 grandchildren (and one on the way), all living in the Columbus area.
